Yes. All mattresses we sell — showroom models, overstock, or brand new — receive our full 3-year warranty registered in your name.
How do I find my warranty ID?+
Your warranty ID is on your purchase receipt. You can also look it up using our Warranty Lookup tool with your name, phone, or order number.
What information do I need to file a claim?+
Your name, phone number or email, purchase date, and photos of the defect. We keep your records in our system.
How long does a warranty claim take?+
We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve most claims within 5-7 business days.
Does the warranty transfer if I give or sell the mattress?+
The warranty is registered to the original purchaser and address. It does not transfer.
