Is delivery really free?+
Yes. Standard delivery to your home is included in the price for all standard service areas. No hidden fees.
What does "route-based delivery" mean?+
We run delivery routes on a regular schedule. When you order, we book you on the next route heading to your area — this is how we keep costs low and delivery fast.
Can you really bring multiple options?+
Yes! Tell us your preferences and budget and we'll bring 2–3 curated options. You try them at home, keep your favorite.
What if I don't like any of the options?+
No problem. You don't pay for anything you don't keep. We take everything back at no charge.
Do you remove old mattresses?+
Ask us — we can often remove your old mattress. Let us know when booking.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are delivered within 1–5 days depending on your area and schedule. Same-day delivery is sometimes available.
